inexperienced expertise at the service of the nation

51 The title of the communication "inexperienced expertise at the service of the nation" raises many questions and reactions. The first obvious observation is that it is nonsense or absurd. In fact, beyond the semantic antinomy, the "inexperienced expertise at the service of the nation" in question is above all the faithful but incongruous reflection, firstly, of a symptomatic state perceptible at the individual level, and secondly, of a state (of things, of places, of society, of the State, etc.) and of a global problematic situation which calls for attention. The approach starts from this observation of nonsense, which can also be perceived as the expression of indignation in the face of a prevailing situation, in order to highlight an aspiration for a necessary change so that "inexperienced expertise" can be transformed into "proven competence and experience at the service of the nation".
