The increase and intense acts of wrongdoers which threaten in Madagascar are growing gradually, and now they attack or make assault upon people; this process has never been actualized before. Today, they take a new approach by attacking with shotgun like kalacknicov which belongs to the state. Nowadays, wrongdoers change the course of their action, they steal the skeleton of dead persons from the grave at the cemetery. They attack also the shop and the domicile. Furthermore, robbers attack abbino and ordinary people just to extrack the eye balls. People often find a corpse of a dead person who had hisheadcut off or with out eyeballs. In another instance, in town some cash points are victims of robbery and the responsible is often shotgunned, dead, and the great deal of money is taken by the robbers. The objective of this idea is to show the misery of the people, and a bell to incite the responsible in the state to stop quickly the insecurity. How can robbers get the State Army’s shotgun and use it to accomplish their mission ? It is worth mentioning that the responsible in the State has to take action using the soldiers, the constable, the policemen and the weapon, such as shotgun, helicopter, in order to protect the people and their belongings but not only stay out with out doing any thing face to such situation./.
