UNE FORME DEDEMOCRATIE PERTINENTE POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT SOCIO-ECONOMIQUE DE MADAGASCAR

In the broad sense of the term, democracy is known as "a political system in which all citizens participate in public decisions and in the political life of the city." It is also "a form of government in which sovereignty belongs to the people". In these senses, democracy means an existence of the effectiveness of the sovereign people. In our study, making the sovereign people effective relies on a double support: “right support and left support”. The right support aims at the total integration of the people in the governance of the State, while the left support concerns the accompaniment for insurance-starting of the said integration. It is a model of direct democracy, focused on results. Each result corresponds to at least one indicator. The right support has three objectives which are: "Meeting basic social needs, stimulating the motivation of society as well as involving the people in the decision on economic recovery". The sole purpose of left support is to adopt a companion entity. Each objective corresponds to: activities, means or methods, expected results with measurable and verifiable indicators.
