186 In the intricate entrepreneurial landscape, leaders propel success while grappling with managerial constraints, prompting the inquiry: How do a leader's traits influence managerial prowess? Operating on the premise that traits mold approaches, this study delves into this nexus. It employs a survey of fifty (50) managers in Madagascar to probe the interweaving of individual traits and managerial methods. By doing so, the research endeavors to uncover the dynamic correlation between leadership attributes and adept management within Madagascar's distinctive business milieu. Till now, this study aims to explore how a leader's inherent qualities, including personality, experience, and leadership style, interact with their managerial competence. By investigating this complex interaction, the research intends to uncover the subtle dynamics that influence a leader's capacity to address the specific challenges of organizational management in Madagascar's business environment. Ultimately, this analysis could enhance our comprehension of the intricate link between leadership traits and successful managerial performance.
