166 Sometimes, it is difficult to find useful and relevant information during a documentary search. Researchers have advanced processes to facilitate bibliographic research and access to relevant documents, but have not solved the problem entirely.
The issue and the importance of keywords in the search for documentary information constitute the core of this communication. The rules of drafting up to dissemination on paper or/and computer media constitute, among other things, a problem that must also be resolved.
The proposed documentary research uses key words and descriptors in Malagasy language resulting from the theory of substitution or complementarity with a known documentary language. Adopting this approach is an innovation for libraries while enhancing the Malagasy language.
Improving the process was also studied at each stage of the chain with the other librarians. This consists in pooling within a group of librarians the promotion and dissemination informations, the creation of a database visible at the level of each documentation centre, the standardization of descriptors and the writing of abstracts for direct and facilitate research from a common malagasy thesaurus
